TuneVille Quest Pack

This pack adds the TuneVille tech-fantasy campaign to The Clans.
It includes 30 quests, 8 NPCs, one shared chat file, one shared event file,
and a custom monster/NPC definition set built around the Apple machine,
Bri the Mighty, Lord Torlock, and the Pensacola war.

1. Introduction

TuneVille is a custom campaign for The Clans set in a trading settlement at
Highway 29 and Kingsfield. The story follows the hidden bloodline behind the
orc women of the region, the strange Apple IIe machine in town, and the
manufactured war at Pensacola.

2. Compilation

# compile monster and NPC stats
./mcomp tv.mon.txt tv.mon

# compile NPC info
./makenpc tv.npc.txt tv.npc

# compile chat file
./ecomp tv.q.txt tv.q

# compile event file
./ecomp tv.evt.txt tv.evt

# build PAK archive
./makepak tv.pak tv.lst

3. Installation

Copy these files into the game directory, which is the folder containing the
clans binary.

tv.pak       -> [game directory]/
quests.ini   -> [game directory]/   (replaces existing)
quests.hlp   -> [game directory]/   (replaces existing)
clans.ini    -> [game directory]/   (replaces existing)

Back up your original quests.ini, quests.hlp, and clans.ini first.

4. Verification

After installation, look for Lord Torlock near the Church. He should appear
every day. Bri the Mighty should often appear in the Training Hall.

The first quest in the log should be:
Bri and the Cracked Charm

A good first-session test is:
- talk to Bri the Mighty
- ask about The cracked charm
- confirm the quest is already in the quest log
- run the quest from the log
- after later progress, check that the Machine Voice begins appearing in
  Town Hall and that Torlock gains new catchup topics after quest completions
